Add some artistic flare to your special event with this one-of-a-kind party favor! Guests will pose for a quick photo and have their portrait turned into a custom painting right before their eyes. Everyone put so much effort into getting ready for the occasion, now lets capture their style in watercolor! Not only will your guests be wowed and entertained, they also get to take home their very own portrait to treasure and remember your special event by.

  • Pose: There's no need for your guest to live pose. I'll snap a quick photo so that they can return to the festivities, -or watch as their painting comes to life!

  • Time: Single guest portraits take approx. 8 minutes to complete, and couples take approx. 15 minutes. I paint an average of 3 couples or 6 individuals per hour.  Max 3 guests per painting. One painting per guest. 

  • Size: Each portrait is completed on 5x7" acid free watercolor paper with professional grade paint and materials.

  • Pick-up: Guests will pick up their artwork at the end of the event, in a protective sleeve for safekeeping.

  • My set-up is fairly simple and consists of a table, chair and signage. The table and chair are usually provided by the venue. I'll bring everything else needed.

  • Pricing is by the hour. Please see below.

  • To book: Please fill out the inquiry form below. I will respond asap with my availability and send you my contract. Once the contract is signed and returned along with a 50% deposit your event is booked!

  • Up to 7 individuals painted per hour in style as pictured.

  • Created with high grade watercolor paint on acid free 5x7" watercolor paper.

  • Protective plastic sleeve for each painting.

  • Vendor insurance.

  • Travel within 30 miles of Cranford, NJ.

Add-ons:

  • 9x12" watercolor painting of the guest(s) of honour, created before the event from a reference photo, to be displayed and gifted on the big day.

       Starting at $75.

  • Personalised paper. Elements such as event date, occasion, logo or crest can be pre-printed on the guest portrait paper. 

       Starting at $150​

  • Paint them all! Post-event package: Want to ensure that ​each guest receives a painting? I can make a wait-list and collect photos of guest who weren't able to have their painting finished during the event. These paintings will be created in-studio and mailed to a designated party to distribute. This is a great option for thank you cards or large events!

HOW DOES IT WORK AT THE VENUE? I'll show up 1 hour prior to the agreed start time, to set up and prepare the materials. Usually the venue provides a table and chair. A 6ft table is preferred, but I am very flexible and can work with round tables too. I'll provide a table cover! Signage and displays for the portraits will be provided to entice your guests. When guests approach my station I will explain the process and take their photo. They can then deside to stay and watch or return to the festivites while I paint. Finished artwork will be displayed and ready for guests to pick up in a protective cellophane sleeve. DO YOU TRAVEL? ​Travel within 30 miles is included in the price. I am located in Cranford, NJ. ​ For further travel by car, my rate is $0.60 per mile there and back. ​ Travel by plane is determined at-cost and I am willing to travel anywhere in the world. ​ Accommodations Depending on the time of day and location of your wedding, additional accommodation fees may apply. This fee is determined at-cost, but usually ranges $160-$200 depending on the city. HOW DO I BOOK? Please fill out the inquiry form below or email me at info@stinehildreart.com I will then get back to you to confirm availability and provide a custom proposal depending on your event details, guest count and any add-ons you may choose. I will also provide you my contract. Once the contract is returned to me along with a 50% deposit, your date is booked! The remaning balance is due 2 weeks pior to the event. DO YOU HAVE VENDOR INSURANCE? Yes, I am happy to provide a COI should your venue require so. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS? A minimum of 2 hours is required to book. I am available for a maximum of 6 hours, including a 30min break. Maximum 3 guests per portrait, and only one portrait per guest is allowed in order to accomodate as many guests as possible. It is unfortunatley unlikely that each and every guest will recieve a portrait if you a party of 50+. However, not all guests are always interested and those most eager usually approach first. Please consider my post-event package if you'd like to ensure everyone to receive a portrait.
